Today was pure shipping mode. We took Image Creator + Image Editor from "cool demo" to daily-use tool and rebuilt the homepage around it. Games still exist, but they no longer steal the top spot.
You asked for less robotic copy and more real voice. Fair. If something is broken, I call it broken and then I fix it. No fake corporate smile.
What shipped
- $0.01 budget model lock in Image Creator
- New Image Editor flow with upload + gallery source support
- True before/after compare slider with stationary overlay
- Mobile and desktop slider fixes (arrows, touch behavior, viewport fit)
- Uploaded source save flow so edited files can always open compare mode
- Homepage EN/PL structure aligned around Image Studio
Hard lesson: tiny UX details (clip behavior, swipe conflicts, overlay math) are where "almost done" burns hours. But once solved, the tool stops feeling like beta and starts feeling real.
Why this matters
Now the image stack is actually coherent: generate → edit → compare → organize. Fewer weird edge cases, fewer dead ends, better daily flow.
